Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

Gg222 may reject a withdrawal request under the following circumstances:

2. Wagering requirements for the bonus have not been met.
3. If suspicious or unusual transaction patterns are detected.
4. If there is an ongoing dispute or investigation related to the account.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Gg222 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

Welcome Bonus

• Get a 100% bonus on your first deposit.
• Maximum bonus amount: ৳10,000.
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for a bonus.

Reload Bonus & Cashback

Free Bet Terms

Winnings from free bets can be withdrawn only if the bet is placed at minimum odds of ৳1.50 or higher. Free bets are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

6Betting Rules

The following rules strictly apply to all betting on gg222:

Bet Acceptance

• Bets may only be placed on designated markets and before the specified cut-off time.
• Gg222 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• In-play bets may be rejected due to internet delays.

Match Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded to the account. For partially completed events, gg222's decision shall be considered final.

Maximum Payout Limits

• Maximum payout per single bet: ৳50,00,000.
• Maximum payout for accumulator bets: ৳1,00,00,000.
• Maximum daily payout for casino games: ৳20,00,000.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gg222 platform:

• Unauthorized access to another person's account or hacking.
• Obtaining bonuses or winnings through fraudulent means.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Bonus abuse through multiple accounts.
• Cyberattacks or unauthorized access to gg222's systems.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Gg222 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If these terms and conditions are violated.
• If false information is provided during KYC verification.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• If a security risk is identified.

Voluntary Account Closure

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. A self-exclusion option is also available, which will lock your account for a specified period.

12Policy on Changes to Terms & Conditions
